A new generation of LED fiber optic illuminators
The Ion and IMP 8000 has been created to work with both side-emitting and end-emitting fiber types. It is also designed for architectural illumination, and pool or fountain applications. High-power RGB or White LEDs provides consistent color temperature and higher light output and longer life than conventional 150-watt fiber optic illuminator bulbs.The illuminator series LED Light are designed for indoor and outdoor architectural, pool and spa industry.
These light source can be controlled as a standalone or can be programmable using DMX 512, RS232 SERIAL, RF and Simple controller. Keep in mind that with our illuminator series, you may also manipulate the colors and intensity of a fiber optic pool. Because the light is produced remotely, it is operated by a controller that can brighten or dim and change the lights.
The controllers can also turn individual cables, and groups of cables, on or off at will. This allows for thousands of possible color combinations, special effects, and varying degrees of luminance.

These illuminators are controllable manually or via RS-232 for easy integration into lighting controlled system. DMX functionality allows one unit to control and synchronize the behavior of the other units, such as color changing and dimming. DMX control allow the ION LED illuminator to be used for pool and spa, entertainment and theatrical and outdoor applications.
IMP 8000
Powerful light output combined with IMP’s Sync® module silent operation make this unit the obvious choice for illuminating exhibits in museums, galleries and exhibitions. With a 50,000 hour lamp life, and cool quiet running, maintenance costs are reduced to almost zero. Maximum flexibility is ensured with optional control and built in power supply. This light source is suitable for retro-fitting to exisiting fibre optic installations. The IMP Series light source provides the illumination to any fibre optic lighting system. They contain the LED lamp and any additional control gear to provide special lighting effects. .
